This is a thread for any bugs that are quest related.
Let me kick this off with one I found. It is dealing with dark precursor. If you happen to die with the vile mark in your inventory it will appear on your corpse but you are unable to loot the vile mark from your corpse. The chat log simply states "That item cannot be given away"

I am currently aware of this bug and the temporary work around is to find the person again and get another. I will add this to the bug list in the DM section.

The quest "The Assistant" from the Lore keeper does not give a QP point upon completion.

I will look into "The Assistant" rewards tonight. I believe I have corrected the issue with the Vile Mark item from the "Dark Precursor" quest. Let me know if not.

Also Tweedle Dum does not respawn.

The Assistant: I have looked into this one. Its been a while but-- it's NOT BROKEN. Your reward for this quest is the assistant and whatever he has. Siomyril even tells you this. So.. no QP.
Tweedle Dum: Please provide more specifics as to the quest and conditions (where is he?) prior to the 'does not respawn'!
