Hellgate bug

Have tried to use the Hellgate  in the Shandalar Crypt and in Cyric's Realm twice with no success

The results are as follows:

Shandalar Crypt (The Crypt Keeper):
Received the token for the Boss: The Crypt Keeper.
Clicked on the hellgate and a portal appeared. I then entered the portal into the boss area.
I then clicked on the token "Boss: The Crypt Keeper " and no boss appeared.
Waited for five minutes with no boss appearing.


Cyric's Realm (Cyric):
Did not receive a boss token for Cyric
Clicked on Hellgate.
Hellgate stated that a portal appears before you.
No Portal appeared
Hellgate was crumbled

I have tried the one from the pirate ship area. The captain was not there as a mini boss, just 2 mobs in the room.

I clicked portal, it did pop up. I went into Hell gate, got to other side and there was nothing in room.
I did get a red rose in the innovatory but once i clicked it...no boss.

Tried 2 Boss areas with no success. I tried both The Crypt Keeper and Cptn Stabbins. In both events I was able to enter the Hell Gate to the Battle Zone thru the Portal. After entering into the Battle Zone, I clicked on the Boss token then clicked on the Unique power and no bosses appeared
