Tried to start Tier 3 of the Engineering Guild with no success. Talked to the Engineer Master and he says that you will advance when ready. Tried making an Enzyme to see if that would kick in the next level with no success. Current points is maxed at 122, the highest I can craft to. Further crafting yields no more points. Clicking on the wrench icon shows the same number of crafting items with no additional items listed. Currently there is 16 items to craft. In the formula page it still shows only the brass recipe but no bronze recipe. Not sure what else I could try to start Tier 3.

Discussed the Engineering Guild with Cia. We are both of the understanding that the Guild has 4 Tiers (Journeyman, Novice, Expert and Master) and that each Tier has 3 levels of Crafting (Low, Medium and High). As you progress up the Crafting levels you then progress up the Tiers. Currently both Cia and I are at the high level of Crafting in the Novice Tier. The next step in our progression would be Low level Crafting in the Expert Tier. At this point neither Cia or myself can progress to the next level of Crafting. Cia does not think that the Expert and Master Tiers are in place yet. If that is the case then we have reached the end of our progression until the Expert and Master Tiers are added.

I lost my documentation when my PC got a virus and I had to reset things. However=-==-=
You are correct, there are 4 levels of professions and three levels of progression in each tier (glad SOMEONE remembered what I said!). Your tokens are accurately reporting your skill level at 121 (or 122) which is the maxed level for the Novice. You should now get the Expert levels (and then Master).
Please confirm the following:
What level are you?
What does your journal say EXACTLY?
What is the highest line of craft items you have when using your token?

Current level is Novice 122
Journal states: Engineering Novice
Highest line of craft items: Enzymes, Automatron and Dirty Bomb (High Novice)
Engineering Recipe paper: Brass and White Brass
The Expert Level is not kicking in
Suggested that I add the following:
Automatron can not be crafted due to Full Plate +4 not being available for purchase or dropped
